The 2 gallon bag-in-box pack yields an amazing 320 six ounce servings per container. The bag-in-box also ensures sanitation within the foodservice operation since it is an enclosed system not exposed to air, light, or human hands. When combined with the automatic dispensing system, Lyons bag-in-box hot chocolate features "continuous flow" dispensing -- a much needed benefit for operations with multiple cup sizes on their menus.
