Bananas Foster Nachos
3 ea Flour Tortillas- Cut into quarters
2 T Ground Cinnamon
4 T Butter (1/2 stick)
2 T Brown Sugar
3 Bananas (Sliced)
2 T Rum
2 T Lyons Rich N’ Creamy Chocolate Hot Fudge
2 T Lyons Old Fashioned Caramel Hot Fudge
2 Large Scoops of Vanilla Ice Cream
Chopped walnuts for garnish
Preheat oven to 350° and grease a baking sheet. Combine sugar and 1 T of cinnamon in a small bowl. Place quartered tortillas on baking sheet, sprinkle with cinnamon sugar mixture and bake for about 10 -12 minutes and set aside. In a saucepan melt the butter, brown sugar, and remaining cinnamon. Place the sliced banana in the saucepan and gently stir, then add 2 T of rum. Cook over medium heat for 3 minutes or until bananas are soft but have some texture. Arrange tortilla wedges on a platter and drizzle with Lyons Rich N’ Creamy Chocolate Hot Fudge, spoon on banana mixture, and drizzle with Lyons Old Fashioned Caramel Hot Fudge. Sprinkle with chopped walnuts and 2 scoops of vanilla ice cream.
