Black Forest Brownie
1 box Brownie mix
2 ea Eggs
2 oz Lyons Wild Cherry Shake Syrup
4 oz Vegetable oil
40 oz Whipped cream
40 oz Lyons Crushed Wild Cherry Topping
Lightly whisk eggs. Mix in brownie mix, Lyons Wild Cherry Shake Syrup and oil. Spread evenly into a greased 9x13 pan. Bake at 350° for 25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted close to the center comes out clean. Let cool. Cut the brownies into 20 2”x2” squares. On half of the brownie squares pipe a layer of whipped cream. Place
a bare brownie on top of the whipped cream. Pipe whipped cream around the outer edge of the top brownie. Fill the center of the whipped cream with Lyons Crushed Wild Cherry Topping. Place the brownies on a plate sauced with Lyons Crushed Wild Cherry Topping.
