Blueberry Hard Lemonade
Ingredients
1 oz Lyons Frozen Blueberry Fruit Topping- thawed
2 oz Maui Lemon Ice
1 oz Gin or Vodka
4 oz Lemon Lime Soda
2 Fresh mint leaves

Instructions
In a cocktail shaker muddle Lyons Frozen Blueberry Fruit Topping, Maui Lemon Ice and mint leaves. Fill shaker with ice and vodka or gin, shake and pour into a tall glass. Top with lemon lime soda. Garnish with a fresh mint leaf.
Makes one 8 oz cocktail.
