Blueberry Upsidedown Muffin Cake

8 oz Lyons Blueberry Fruit Filling
24 oz Favorite Mffin Mix

Instructions
Lightly spray an eight inch round cake pan with nonstick spray. Spread the Lyons Blueberry Fruit Filling in the bottom of the pan. Spread the muffin batter over the Lyons Blueberry Fruit Filling. Bake according to your muffin recipe directions. Let cool then invert onto a plate and slice into wedges.
Substitute any one of your favorite Lyons Fruit Fillings!
Serves 8!
