Bourbon Peach Pancakes
16 oz Buttermilk Pancake Mix - complete
1/2 tsp Ground Cinnamon
1/4 tsp Ground Nutmeg
8 oz Whipping Cream
2 oz Lyons Sweet Indulgence Bourbon Caramel Sauce
Lyons Frozen Peach Topping
In a large bowl, combine the pancake mix, ground cinnamon and ground nutmeg. Allow the batter to rest for five minutes. Cook according to directions on the pancake packaged mix.
Serve pancakes warm with Lyons Sweet Indulgence Bourbon Caramel, Lyons Peach topping and a generous dollop of whipped cream.
