Cherry Turnovers

Ingredients

1 pkg Puffed Pastry Dough
24 oz Lyons Cherry Pie Filling
3 tsp Ground Cinnamon
4 Tbsp Sugar

Instructions

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Unfold puff pastry sheets. Trim each sheet into a square. Then cut each larger square into 4 smaller squares. Spoon Lyons Cherry Pie Filling onto the center of each square. Fold over from corner to corner into a triangle shape, and press edges together to seal. Sprinkle with sugar. Place turnovers on a baking sheet. Bake for 25 minutes in the
preheated oven, until turnovers are puffed and lightly browned. Let cool and enjoy!


Makes 10 servings.
