Cinnamon Pecan Sticky Buns


1 package Bread Dough - Frozen
12 oz Pecans
4 oz Raisins
4 oz Lyons Cinnamon Designer Dessert Sauce
3 T Unsalted butter - melted
Lyons Cinnamon Designer Dessert Sauce for topping

Combine Lyons Cinnamon Designer Dessert Sauce, half of pecans and raisins and mix well.

To assemble and bake:

Roll dough gently to flatten slightly. Using hands, pull and stretch dough to 12 X 18 inch rectangle. Brush dough with all of melted butter. Spread filling evenly over dough, leaving 1/2 inch plain border on one long side. Starting at the opposite end, roll up dough jellyroll style, forming log. Pinch seam to seal. Cut roll into 12 equal pieces. Heavily coat the bottom of two 13 x 9 x 2 baking dish with Lyons Cinnamon Designer Dessert Sauce and sprinkle each with half of the remaining pecans. Arrange 6 buns, cut side up and evenly spaced in each dish. Bake buns in a preheated 375° F oven uncovered until tops are golden brown and syrup bubbles and thickens, about 25 minutes. Remove dishes from oven and immediately turn over releasing the buns onto a waiting baking sheet. Cool buns for 5 minutes and serve.

To serve:
Drizzle additional Lyons Cinnamon Sauce over buns when ready to serve.
