Cold Tomato Buttermilk Bisque


1 qt Lyons Ready to Serve 100% Tomato Juice
16 oz Buttermilk
2 T Fresh lemon juice
2 T Chopped fresh chives
¼ t Worcestershire sauce
8 dashes Hot sauce, such as Tabasco
¾ t Coarse salt

Combine all ingredients except chives in a food processor or blender. Cover, and refrigerate at least 1 hour (or overnight). Stir to recombine. Add chives for garnish, and serve.

Makes six 8 oz servings.
