Hot Chocolate French Toast
1 Brioche Bread, loaf
16 oz Milk
4 oz Maui Sweet Dark Chocolate Sauce
Lyons Dark Chocolate Truffle Sauce
Lyons Frozen Sliced Strawberry Topping (thawed)
Whipped Cream for Garnish
Combine milk and Maui Sweet Dark Chocolate Sauce. In a baking dish whisk eggs and chocolate milk mixture together. Cut brioche loaf into thick slices, about 16 slices total. Soak bread in egg and milk mixture on both sides. While bread is soaking preheat a at grill pan on medium heat, when bread is ready place on grill for about 3 minutes on each side. To serve, place hot chocolate French toast on plate and drizzle Lyons Dark Chocolate Truffle Sauce then layer with another piece of toast, top with whipped cream, Lyons Frozen Sliced Strawberry Topping and more Lyons Dark Chocolate Truffle Sauce.
