Lemon Meringue Pie Martini

Ingredients

2 oz Limoncello Liqueur
1 oz Whipped Vodka
½ oz Lyons Lemonade, prepare as directed
½ oz Fat-Free Half and Half

For Garnish
Lyons Simple Syrup (#0202), Graham Cracker Crumbs, Thinly Sliced Lemon Wedge

Instructions

In a cocktail shaker, combine all ingredients and shake until well combined. Dip the rim of the
martini glass in Lyons Simple Syrup and then graham cracker crumbs. Pour the cocktail into the
glass and garnish with a thinly sliced lemon wedge.
