Mango & Spiced Rum Dipping Sauce


4 oz Lyons Mango Fruit Infusions
8 oz Spiced Rum (ex. Captain Morgan’s)
4 oz Honey
½ t Cayenne Pepper
24 oz Chicken Stock
1 T Black Pepper
1 T Salt
2 T Garlic, minced
2 oz Red onions, chopped
1 T Ginger powder
2 oz Lyons Maple Syrup
2 T Corn Starch

Bring rum to a boil in sauce pot. Reduce by 1/3. Mix all remaining ingredients except the corn starch and water. Pour mixture in pan and bring to a boil. Let simmer for 10 minutes. Mix corn starch and water and add to pot a little at a time until desired consistency is reached.
