Maple Apricot Vinaigrette

Ingredients

2 oz Lyons Select 5% Maple Syrup
2 oz Lyons Apricot Preserves
3 oz Extra Virgin Olive Oil
2 oz Apple Cider Vinegar
2 Tbsp Shallot, nely chopped
1/4 t Kosher Salt
1/4 t Pepper

Instructions

Whisk together all ingredients in medium bowl. Pour into decorative jar or bottle and refrigerate until ready to use.


Serving Suggestion: Add chopped dried apricot and chopped pistachios to the salad for added pizzazz!


Recipe makes about 8 oz.
