Maple Brined Pork Tenderloin
Ingredients
8 oz Water
2 oz Kosher salt
8 oz Lyons Ready to Serve 100% Apple Juice
1 T Apple cider vinegar
12 oz Lyons Maple Syrup
1 T Cracked black peppercorns
1 t Thyme
1/2 t Red pepper flakes
32 oz Ice
48 oz Pork Tenderloin (about 3 whole)

Instructions
Bring all ingredients except ice and pork to a boil. Add ice to cool the mixture down, and then add pork. Brine up to 6 hours, turning occasionally. Grill to an internal temperature of 160°.
