Maple Cinnamon Whipped Cream

Ingredients

16 oz Heavy Whipping Cream
4 oz Lyons Select 5% Maple Syrup
1/2 tsp Ground Cinnamon
1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract

Instructions

Chill the heavy whipping cream and the syrup, as well as the mixing bowl and beaters. Whip the cream until it doubles in volume. Drizzle in syrup while still whipping the cream. Add cinnamon and vanilla, then finish whipping the cream to stiff peaks.
