Maple Glazed Baby Carrots


1/2 lb Baby Carrots
2 oz Lyons Select 5% Maple Syrup
2 oz Chicken Stock
1 oz Butter
1 tsp Kosher Salt
1 tsp Cracked Black Pepper

Peel the baby carrots. Place in a sauté pan. Add the butter, maple syrup, salt and pepper. Add enough chicken stock to barely cover the carrots. Bring to a boil, then lower to a simmer. Cook until the carrots are tender and the liquid has reduced to a glaze.

Makes 2 - 4 servings.
