Maple Macadamia Tuile
2 oz Butter
1 oz Lyons Select 5% Maple Syrup
.5 oz Brown Sugar
4 oz Flour
4 oz Macadamia Nuts, finely chopped
Cream the butter, sugar and maple syrup. Mix in flour and macadamia nuts. Cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours. Form dough into small balls (one teaspoon of dough makes a 3 inch diameter tuile). Place on ungreased baking sheet, or silicone baking mat. Bake 5-6 minutes at 400°. Let cool one minute, then quickly remove from pan and drape over a rolling pin or other mold to shape.
Makes 8 - 10 servings!
