Maple Oatmeal Cookies


12 oz Butter
4 oz Lyons Select 5% Maple Syrup
4 oz Brown Sugar
4 oz Granulated Sugar
1 ea Egg
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
2.5 oz Flour
1/2 tsp Baking Soda
1/2 tsp Salt
24 oz Rolled Oats
4 oz Pecans, chopped
6 oz Raisins or Craisins

Cream the butter and sugars. Mix in syrup, egg, vanilla, whip until creamy and light. Sift together the flour, baking soda, and salt. Add the flour mixture to the wet ingredients, mix until just combined. Fold in oats, pecans and raisins. Bake cookies on a silicone baking mat or a greased baking sheet for 10 minutes at 350°.

Makes 24 cookies!
