Maple Pumpkin Crumble


1 box White Cake Mix
8 oz Lyons Select 5% Maple Syrup
4 oz Butter
4 ea Eggs
4 oz Granulated Sugar
4 oz Brown Sugar
13 oz Canned Pumpkin
12 oz Evaporated Milk
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Ground Cinnamon
1/2 tsp Ground Ginger
1/4 tsp Ground Nutmeg
8 oz Pecans, chopped

Cut butter into white cake mix. Put half the mixture into a 9x13 pan and press it down evenly. Whip the eggs, sugar and brown sugar together. Mix in the pumpkin, syrup, milk, salt and spices. Pour the pumpkin mixture over the cake mixture in the pan. Top the pumpkin mixture with the remaining cake mixture and sprinkle the pecans over the top. Bake in a 350° over for 50 minutes, or until the pumpkin mixture sets.

Makes 10 - 12 servings.
