1 Pint(16 oz) Lyons Frozen Sliced Strawberries (slightly thawed)
1 Pint(16 oz) Frozen Blueberries (slightly thawed)
8 oz Maui Frozen Pina Colada Cocktail
6 oz Rum
10 oz Ice
Fresh Mint Leaves for Garnish
In a blender combine Lyons Sliced Strawberries with 4 oz of rum and pulse until smooth, place in freezer to
keep cool. Repeat this same process with Lyons Blueberry Topping. To make the Pina Colada combine Maui Pina Colada Cocktail base with 2 oz of rum and enough ice to make a thick cocktail. In a tall cocktail glass spoon some of the strawberry mixture until it is 1/3 of the way full, repeat with the Pina Colada mix, then with the blueberry.
Garnish with some fresh fruit or a festive embellishment!
