Peach Cobbler Bars
32-40 oz Your favorite cobbler batter recipe
20 oz Lyons Peach Fruit Filling
1/2 t Cinnamon
8 oz Powdered Sugar
1/2 t Vanilla Extract
1/2 t Almond Extract
2 T Milk
Preheat oven to 350° F and grease a 9x13 pan.
Combine Lyons Peach Fruit Filling with cinnamon. Spread cobbler batter on bottom of pan then layer with peaches. Drop remaining batter on top of pie filling. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Cool on wire rack.
While cooling, combine powdered sugar, vanilla, almond extract and milk to make a glaze. Drizzle over bars once cooled and enjoy!
Serves between 8-10 people
