Peaches & Cream
Stuffed French Toast


4 oz Softened cream cheese
1 T Powdered sugar
½ t Ground cinnamon
½ t Vanilla extract
8 oz Lyons Frozen Peach Fruit Topping
French Toast
4 slices French Bread
4 Large eggs
4 oz Milk
1T Vanilla extract
½ t Ground cinnamon

To make the filling mix the cream cheese, powdered sugar, cinnamon, and vanilla extract, until smooth. Spread cream cheese filling on slices of bread and top with peach filling. Makes two French toast “sandwiches.” In a shallow pan, beat eggs, milk, vanilla, and cinnamon. Dip the French Toast sandwiches in the egg mixture,
on each side. Heat a large skillet or griddle to medium high heat. Cook French toast sandwiches, on both sides, until golden brown, about 4-5 minutes on each side. Serve warm with peach filling and maple syrup.
