4 oz Maui Lemon Ice by Lyons
4 oz Vodka
8 oz Lyons Ready to Drink Cranberry Cocktail
4 oz Champagne or Sparkling Wine
8 Fresh Mint Leaves
Crushed Ice

Instructions

Muddle the mint and Maui Lemon Ice together in a shaker. Add ice, vodka, and Lyons Ready to Drink
Cranberry Cocktail, shake well. Pour mixture in four champagne flutes and top with champagne. Garnish
with a mint leaf or a piece of fresh fruit.

Makes 4 champagne cocktails.
