Prosecco Sangria


8 oz Lyons White Peach Puree
5 oz Peach Brandy
1 Bottle Prosecco
1 Fresh Nectarine
1 Fresh Peach
1 Fresh Orange
Handful of Mint

Slice and pit all fresh fruit. Combine the sliced fruit, mint and brandy in a pitcher and let chill for at least
1 hour. Just before serving add the Lyons White Peach Puree and slowly stir in the Prosecco. Serve Chilled

Makes about 2 quarts.
