Raspberry Marinade

Ingredients

Marinade:
4 oz Lyons Ready to Serve Cranberry Cocktail Juice
2 oz Lyons Raspberry Puree
2 oz Worcestershire sauce
1 (.6 oz) Italian seasoning mix package
MEAT:
2 pounds chicken or beef

Instructions

In recloseable zip lock bag combine all marinade ingredients. Add meat. Close bag and refrigerate 1 or more hours until ready to cook meat. Cook as desired, basting occasionally with marinade.

Makes 1 cup.
