Raspberry Soy Sauce


8 oz Lyons Raspberry Fruit Infusions
2 oz Soy Sauce
2 oz Honey
2 T Garlic, minced
16 oz Red Wine
16 oz Chicken Stock
1 T Shallots, minced
1 T Sesame Seeds, toasted
2 T Corn Starch
2 oz Cold Water
2 T Olive Oil

Heat olive oil in pan, sauté shallots until translucent and add garlic. Mix all remaining ingredients except the corn starch and water.Pour mixture in pan and bring to a boil. Let simmer for 10 minutes. Mix corn starch and water and add to pot a little at a time until desired consistency is reached.
