From Barista to Bartender
Coffee isn’t just used to fuel our mornings; it is a great staple on any beverage or cocktail menu. Cold Brew is used not only in iced mochas and lattes but also in cocktails! The espresso martini shouldn’t be the only coffee drink on your cocktail menu. It only takes a small amount of liquor and a pump of flavored beverage syrup to create a cold brew cocktail that is sure to please.

Salted Caramel Coffee Martini
½ oz Kahlua
1 oz vodka
2 oz cold brew coffee
½ oz Lyons Premium Caramel Beverage Syrup (#5088)
Heavy Whipping Cream
Lyons Sea Salt Caramel Sauce (#4737)
Rim your martini glass with caramel sauce. Drizzle the inside of the glass with caramel sauce. Combine the Kahlua, vodka, coffee, and beverage syrup into a shaker with ice. Add cream to taste. Strain and serve in prepared martini glass.

The Jameson Jolt
4 oz cold brew coffee
1 oz Jameson
1 oz Lyons Premium Vanilla Beverage Syrup (#5079)
Whipped cream
Cocoa powder
Add cold brew, whiskey, and Lyons syrup into a mixing glass. Fill with ice and stir. Strain into a new glass. Top with whipped cream and cocoa powder.
