You should always have a classic espresso martini on your cocktail menu. This one has a dash of Lyons Vanilla Premium Beverage Syrup to mellow it out.
2 oz. vodka
1 oz. espresso
1/2 oz. coffee liqueur
1/4 oz. Lyons Vanilla Premium Beverage Syrup (1:1)
Garnish: 3 coffee beans
Combine ingredients in a shaker and fill with ice. Shake until chilled and foamy; strain into chilled glass and garnish.
