Recipe
Maple Oatmeal Cookies
12 oz. Butter
4 oz. Lyons Select 5% Maple Syrup – item #5070
4 oz. Brown sugar
4 oz. Granulated sugar
1 Egg
1 tsp. Vanilla extract
2.5 oz. Flour
1/2 tsp. Baking soda
1/2 tsp. Salt
24 oz. Rolled oats
4 oz. Pecans, chopped
6 oz. Raisins

Cream the butter and sugars. Mix in syrup, egg, vanilla, whip until creamy and light. Sift together the flour, baking soda, and salt. Add the mixture to the wet ingredients, mix until just combined. Fold in oats, pecans and raisins. Bake cookies on a silicone baking mat or a greased baking sheet for 10 minutes at 350°.
