Celebrate all month long by experimenting with seasonal ingredients. Raspberry, mango and green tea are a few favorites but earthy flavors like mint and basil are appearing more.
Prickly Pear Ginger Green Tea
6 oz. Brewed Green Tea
2 oz. Chilled Ginger Ale
2 oz. Prickly Pear Fruit Puree #5009
Sprig of mint
Mix ingredients together and pour over ice. Garnish with a lemon wedge and mint. Makes one 16 oz. beverage
