Spiced Caramel Apple Oven Pancake

8 oz Lyons Spiced Apple Dessert Topping
20 oz Pancake Batter (your favorite recipe)

Lyons Caramel Designer Dessert Sauce for drizzling.

Instructions

Preheat oven to 400° F. Spray 9-inch pie pan with non-stick spray.
Pancake:
Pour Lyons Spiced Apple Topping into the bottom of pan and then add the pancake batter.
Bake for 25 minutes or until the pancake is golden brown.
Let stand for 1-2 minutes and the invert onto a serving dish.
To serve:
Great served warm or at room temperature - drizzle with Lyons Caramel Designer Dessert Sauce if desired.
