Spinach Salad with White Peach Vinaigrette
Ingredients
4 oz Baby Spinach, washed
1/2 oz Craisins
1/2 oz Roasted Almonds, chopped
1/2 oz Bacon, chopped and fried until crisp
1 T White Peach Vinaigrette - recipe below

Toss all the ingredients together and plate in a chilled pasta bowl.
Recipe makes about 1 serving.

1/2 t Kosher Salt
1/4 t White Pepper
