Summer Fruit Vinaigrette


4 oz Lyons White Peach Fruit Puree
1 oz Lyons Strawberry Infusion
4 oz Fresh Squeezed Lemon Juice
4 oz Red Wine Vinegar
8 oz Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Salt and Pepper to Taste

Whisk all ingredients except olive oil to blend then slowly whisk in Extra Virgin Olive Oil.
- Pairs well with a spicy or bitter lettuce like arugula and Gorgonzola or goat cheeses
- For an extra pizzazz add your favorite cured meat such as prosciutto with grilled peaches, makes for a beautiful presentation

Recipe makes 2- 4 salads.
