Tropical Baby Back Ribs


Mango, Strawberry Mandarin BBQ Sauce
4 oz Lyons Mango Fruit Infusion
4 oz Lyons Strawberry Fruit Infusion
8 oz Canned Mandarin Orange Segments
16 oz BBQ Sauce
4 oz Honey
4 oz Red Onions, diced
1 T Cilantro, chopped
1 T Garlic, minced
1 T Salt
1 T Black Pepper
2 T Olive Oil
1/2 rack Smoked Baby Back Ribs
6 oz Mango, Strawberry, and Mandarin BBQ Sauce
5 ea Mandarin Orange Segments
2 ea Fresh Strawberries

Place pre-smoked baby back ribs on grill and coat generously with BBQ Sauce. Cook on both sides until hot and sauce starts to caramelize giving the ribs a dark red color and grill marks. Remove from grill and cut into individual ribs. Place on platter and garnish with mandarin segments and strawberries.

Mango, Strawberry, Mandarin BBQ Sauce
Heat olive oil in pan, sauté red onions until translucent and add garlic. Mix all remaining ingredients except the corn starch and water. Pour mixture in pan and bring to a boil. Let simmer for 10 minutes, or until desired thickness is reached.
