Tropical Cookie Skillet
4 oz. White chocolate macadamia cookie dough
1 oz. Pineapple Frozen Fruit Topping
1 scoop Vanilla Ice Cream
½ oz. Mango Designer Dessert Sauce
Preheat oven to 350. In a 4” cast iron skillet, press in your cookie dough, make a “thumbprint” in the dough and add Pineapple Frozen Fruit Topping. Bake 10-12 minutes. Top warm cookie with ice cream and drizzle with Mango Designer Dessert Sauce.
