3 oz Mixed Baby Greens
1 oz Cashews
1 oz Lyons Frozen Pineapple Topping (thawed)
1 t Coconut Flakes, toasted
3 Butterfly Shrimp, fried
1 T Lyons Mango Infusion

Plate the greens. Sprinkle the cashews, Lyons Frozen Pineapple Topping, and coconut flakes on top of the greens. Place the four fried butterfly shrimp on the salad, then drizzle with Lyons Mango Infusion.
