Vanilla Crème Berry Bruschetta

Ingredients

12 Thinly sliced baguettes
3-4 oz Extra Virgin Olive Oil
8 oz Lyons Sliced Strawberry Topping (thawed)
4 oz Fresh blueberries
4 oz Fresh blackberries
4-5 sprigs Fresh mint, chopped
6 oz Lyons Vanilla Crème Sweet Indulgence Sauce

Instructions

Brush sliced baguette with extra virgin olive oil and place in a 350° F oven for about 10-15 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from oven and let cool. Combine Lyons Sliced Strawberry Topping, fresh blueberries, blackberries and chopped mint. Drizzle each baguette slice with Lyons Vanilla Crème Sweet Indulgence Sauce and top it off with a small amount of Lyons Sliced Strawberry Topping and mint mixture.
