Ingredients

  • Ice

  • 1 fl oz espresso

  • 1/2 fl oz Coffee House Essentials Liquid Sugar Syrup (item 30137)

  • 1/2 fl oz Maui Strawberry Pumpable Fruit (item 5995)

  • 4 fl oz steamed milk

Preparation

  1. Fill shaker with 6-8 oz ice.

  2. Pour espresso, Liquid Sugar Syrup, and Pumpable Fruit over ice and shake vigorously.

  3. Pour into glass and top steamed milk or soft top.
